STANDARD TERMS

The standard Terms below are a summery of what we have covered on our website pages for our Services & Goods. However, as we accept your order and make a legally enforceable agreement without further reference to you, you must read our full terms & conditions to make sure that they contain all that you want, and nothing that you are not happy with prior to booking with us.

BODY PIERCING:

• Unless you are under 16 and require parent / legal guardian consent. It is your responsibility to pay your own deposit.
• We cannot accept bookings made on behalf of someone else and cannot transfer your booking fee to another individual.
• When booking a piercing, you will pay a non-refundable deposit of £15.
• If you are under the age of 16, you are required to have parent consent, plus 3 forms of 'Identification'. You MUST check this prior to booking.

PIERCING PARTY'S:

• You MUST check if you need ID before booking.
• Your party will be held at the studio only.
• You must have a minimum of 3 people to book.
• Everyone booked on the party must be getting pierced.
• A minimum of 2 piercings per person.(This includes all body piercings).
• A non refundable deposit of £25 is required to book in from everyone attending the party. (This will come off the overall balance).
• We ask that you arrive 10 minutes early to fill in consent forms.
• Your piercings can only be done with jewellery purchased from us.

LOYALTY CARDS:

• Your loyalty card will be given to you at your first appointment and is stamped at each service you receive. (earlobes are a set and therefore classed as one piercing, not two).
• It is your responsibility to keep it safe & bring it with you to each booking.
• You accept that if you forget or lose your loyalty card, you will receive a new one minus any stamps you have previously collected.
• If you have multiple half-filled loyalty cards, you can add them together for your free piercing. (All cards MUST be brought to your booking at the deliver address).
• You can gift your loyalty card to someone else to use in place of yourself when it is full for a free piercing (this does not include free piercing jewellery from the cabinet).
• You understand that loyalty cards can be booked in at any time all year round, they have no expiry.
• You understand that your loyalty card booking is to be treated like any other booking made via the website.
• Once a date and time is arranged, failure to show, cancelling last minute, showing up late or showing up without your loyalty card, will result in you forfeiting your right to the free piercing, and your loyalty card will be invalid.

IDENTIFICATION:

• We implement a 3 step ID Policy. This means  if you require parent or legal guardian consent, photo ID must be provided for both adult and child, along with the child's Birth Certificate.
• The Certificate MUST have the parents name on who is accompanying the child to the appointment.
• If you are 16 and older, and look young for your age or think you might be asked for ID, bring it with you anyway.
• Failure to provide the required ID will result in the appointment being cancelled.

ONLINE & INSTORE ORDERS: 

• When purchasing jewellery in store, it is your responsibility to check the Goods before leaving the premises.

RETURNS:

• In the interest of hygiene and for personal protection, jewellery is only refundable or exchangeable if the jewellery is unused and in the original packaging. All returns must be authorised.
• You have 30 days from the date you placed your order to return your jewellery.
• Postage is to be paid for by you, It is advisable to have your parcel tracked when returning it.

PIERCING COURSES

• You accept it is your responsibility to pay your own deposit.
• We cannot accept bookings made on behalf of someone else and cannot transfer your booking fee to another individual. (In respect to the above)- If a deposit must be refunded, if will be refunded minus any charges we incur when receiving the payment).
• A non-refundable deposit is to be paid when booking piercing course.
• The balance is payable 28 days prior to commencement of your course.-An administration fee of 25% will be chargeable for any date change made outside the 28-day period prior to the course.
• No changes can be made within the 28 days prior to the start date.
• Once the full balance is paid, it is subject to a 100% cancellation charge.
• There will be no refunds for missed attendances for any courses, workshops or classes.

MODEL BOOKINGS:

• All models are required to pay 50% of the original piercing price for the service they are booking.
• The service is arranged in writing by way of email and payment is made by bank transfer once the contract has been agreed. (acceptance of the booking is confirmed once payment has been made).
• The 50% fee includes the £10 non refundable deposit. 
• You consent to the full model fee being non refundable, but may be transferable if a minimum of 72 hours is given prior to the original contracted date and time booked.
• You accept that the 50% discount is only applied due to your service being provided by someone who is training, and has little to no experience.
• You accept that no refunds of the full model fee are given due to the products, time, service and paperwork needed to fulfil the service.
• It is your responsibility to pay your own deposit.
• You accept we cannot accept bookings made on behalf of someone else and cannot transfer your booking fee to another individual.
